Sexual misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces remains as "rampant" today as it was in 2015 when the federal government first documented the problem, according to a new report by former Supreme Court Justice Morris Fish.
The 400-page independent review includes a total of 107 recommendations to change the system.
Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan says the government welcomes the review and plans to follow its advice.
