New doubt is being cast on the leadership of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the federal government.

Lt-Gen. Michael Rouleau has stepped down as the CAF's second-in-command, after it was revealed he went golfing with Gen. Jonathan Vance, despite Vance being under investigation for alleged sexual misconduct.

Will the commander of the Royal Canadian Navy, Vice-Adm. Craig Baines, step down for the same reason?

Meanwhile, Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin has requested a judicial review of the federal government's handling of his termination as head of Canada's COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

As Mercedes Stephenson reports, Fortin alleges the decision was politically motivated.
