Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava confirmed Monday evening that another body had been found during search efforts at a partially collapsed condominium building in Surfside, Fla., bringing the total number of deaths from the incident to 11.

She said there are now 136 people accounted for and 150 unaccounted for.

Cava provided the update alongside other Miami-Dade County and state officials.

Earlier in the day, Florida Gov. Ron DeSanits also told reporters that search and rescue teams had been working “for over 100 hours straight,” and that they vowed to keep looking for any possible survivors.

The cause of the collapse remains under investigation. Four Canadians are also confirmed to be among those still missing.

Authorities announced earlier they are beginning an audit of buildings nearing their 40-year review — like the fallen Champlain Towers South — to make sure they’re safe.
