Ontario has had days of record COVID-19 infections and hospitals in the province are in a real crisis.
On Thursday, the province reported 3,328 new cases of the novel coronavirus, the largest single-day increase to date.
Provincial figures show there are 1,235 people hospitalized with the virus and 337 people in intensive care.
