Alberta's chief medical officer of health is asking those handing out candy or tick-or-treating this Halloween to follow public health measures and stay safe against COVID-19.
Hinshaw reminded Albertans to stay home if feeling unwell, wear a non-medical mask if you are going trick-or-treating and follow public health measures this Halloween weekend.
Alberta's COVID-19 situation continues to improve with 531 new cases of COVID-19 identified Thursday.
Hospitalizations continue to drop, with 779 in hospitals with COVID-19. There were 185 patients in the ICU with the disease.
