A new poll suggests 40 per cent of Canadians think the federal government is to blame for Canada’s housing crisis.
Leger surveyed 1,537 people between Aug. 18 and 20, asking a series of questions about the rising cost of housing and what should be done about it.
It found about 40 per cent of people were worried about paying their mortgage or rent, but that Canadians couldn’t decide on who was responsible.
Grace Ke breaks down the numbers and takes a closer look at how those in one of Canada’s most expensive cities are feeling.
