Housing was a hot topic in this year's Liberal cabinet retreat. And when Prime Minister Justin Trudeau emerged, he told reporters some measures he feels Canada most needs included "densification."
“We see densification, we see proper partnerships with municipalities across provinces as being essential to [build more housing]. And we don’t think that the only solution is to build on protected lands,” he said on Wednesday.
