The federal government is pledging $6 billion in new money for a Canada Housing Infrastructure Fund to tackle Canada's housing crisis, but much of it will be accessible only to provinces and territories that agree to certain conditions, says Housing Minister Sean Fraser. Canada shouldn't be afraid to 'try big things to solve big problems,' Fraser said.
