Texas school shooting: Gunman made Facebook posts about carrying out killings, governor says | FULL

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, as well as authorities, gave an update in Uvalde, Texas, on Wednesday after at least 19 students and two teachers were killed in a shooting in what police called a "mass casualty incident" at Robb Elementary School on Tuesday.

The gunman killed his grandmother before heading to the school with two military-style rifles he had purchased on his birthday, Abbott said.

In addition, the governor stated he made several Facebook posts about carrying out the killings of his grandmother and at the school shortly before doing so.

It was also revealed that is no known history of crime or mental health problems.
