A report from Ontario's integrity commissioner is recommending that Housing Minister Steve Clark be reprimanded for his role in the province's contentious Greenbelt land swap, calling it a rushed and flawed process. 'This isn't about housing.... At the end of the day the minister broke the law, it's in the report and the premier needs to fire him right away,' Ontario NDP leader Marit Stiles says.
