There is hope in Alberta as the COVID-19 vaccine begins its rollout, but there is still little to celebrate. Nearly 2,000 cases were reported on Monday and there are more patients in hospital and intensive care than ever before.

New restrictions are now in place, but Alberta is looking at what more can be done to get people to comply with the measures. Heather Yourex-West reports.
