The major parties are setting their sights on Quebec, hoping to garner more seats from the battleground province. Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole was also there pledging to help ailing small businesses with a 25 per cent tax credit if elected, worth up to $100,000 for anyone investing in one.

The Tory plan also offers a more generous version of the Liberal's Canada Emergency Business Account loan, including interest free loans of up to $200,000. But as Mike Le Couteur reports, some analysts say the plan still has gaps over another segment of business owners.

Meanwhile, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau ran into another group of foul-mouthed demonstrators who disrupted another campaign event campaign on Sunday, overshadowing his big announcement on climate change.

The encounter happened days after a rowdy, profane-laced protest led by anti-vaxxers forced a Liberal campaign event to be cancelled in Bolton, Ont., due to a slew of security concerns.

But as David Akin reports, despite lingering concerns, Trudeau remained defiant even as a lightning-rod for the crowd's hatred.
