Snow in late November is hardly news in Canada, but Metro Vancouver's first major snowfall of the season created mayhem and misery for thousands of motorists.

Despite most areas of B.C.’s lower mainland receiving less than 10 centimeters of snow, the snowstorm also affected citizens in other ways off the roads. Neetu Garcha reports on the frustration, and what some people were forced to endure.
