A B.C. family is speaking out about the dangers of street racing this week as Vancouver Police release footage of two people racing through the streets of the city, with dashcam footage showing one car reaching speeds of more than 170 km/h.

The family of Dr. Alphonsus Hui, who was killed by a speeding driver in Vancouver in 2015, told Global News Tuesday speeding drivers need to understand the lasting damage they can do.

Sarah McDonald reports on the police's calls for help in finding the two drivers involved.
