Poultry farmers in Quebec are grappling with a series of deadly avian flu outbreaks, as the number of birds that have died or been euthanized due to the disease is nearing the one million mark. Noel Ritson-Bennett from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency says although human infection is rare, it is a possibility.
