Labour: Home Secretary's comments on rough sleepers are 'despicable'

Labour's shadow leader of the House of Commons, Lucy Powell MP, says that Suella Braverman's comments on rough sleeping being a "lifestyle choice" are "despicable".

Ms Powell said people sleeping on the streets have nowhere else to go and are facing a multitude of issues, and that it should not be used "as a wedge issue".
