Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has addressed the Commons following Baroness Casey's review of the Met Police.

She accused the Home Secretary of not having set out any plan and of approaching the issue as a "continuation of the hands-off response Baroness Casey criticises in her report".

She has also stressed that the review raises "serious wider issues" for the Home Office that apply to other forces.
