On tonight’s top story: the federal government wants air travellers to prove they have tested negative for COVID-19 before they can enter Canada. But, there are still plenty of questions about this new measure, as many Canadians ignore repeated pleas to avoid non-essential travel during the pandemic. Richard Zussman explains.
