Out-of-control wildfires are burning around Shuswap Lake in British Columbia’s Interior, with some people being cut off by the flames.
Locals are gathered nearby in Blind Bay to try and supply residents of the affected communities with food, fuel, and power.
But as Elissa Carpenter reports, emotions are running high and frustration is growing over fire restrictions preventing neighbours from helping each other.
