Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Brussels on his first visit to NATO HQ since Russia's invasion. The visit is intended to shore up support for the Ukrainian war effort.

Speaking ahead of a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine council, Zelenskyy said air-defense systems and long-range missiles were priorities. He also called for more ammunition, saying Russia plans to "make the winter painful" for Ukraine. Zelenskyy also met with Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo during the visit.

DW's Brussels Bureau Chief, Alexandra von Nahmen, is in the NATO headquarters and told us more about what to expect from Zelenskyy's visit.
