Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Ottawa late Thursday on his first trip to Canada since Russia's war in Ukraine. He was greeted by Prime Minister Trudeau and is slated for a full day of events in the capital city.

Zelenskyy will address Canada's parliament and will hold talks with Trudeau about more help for Ukraine to defend itself against Russia, 19 months after rockets started raining down on Kyiv.
