Canadians always watch our neighbour closely of course and if the U.S. midterms result in the Democrats losing control of the House and the Senate there will almost certainly be an impact on Canada’s relationship with the U.S.
The biggest concern for Canada will be to protect its trading relationship with the U.S. and push back on any protectionist tendencies from new members of Congress.
