Canadians are keeping a close eye on our southern neighbours, as the country waits to see how the impending results of the U.S. midterms will affect relations between the two countries.

Early results from the vote show the Democrats doing much better at holding off the Republicans than polls and pundits predicted, along with minimal disruptions at voting booths.
