The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says the attacks on the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine are “suicidal”.
He has asked for the Russian military, which controls it, to allow monitors from the International Atomic Energy Agency there.
However, locals say that does not solve the problem.
