Ukraine War: Nuclear plant shelling condemned

The head of the United Nations has condemned shelling around a nuclear power plant in Ukraine, describing it as "suicidal".

Antonio Guterres said inspectors from the nuclear watchdog must now be given access to the Zaporizhzhia site, the largest nuclear facility in Europe.

Both Kyiv and Moscow are blaming each other for the shelling.
