Addressing the Ukraine Recovery Conference via video link, President Zelenskyy urged the West to pump in the cash needed to rebuild his war-torn country, as the UK announced three billion dollars worth of bank loan guarantees to help the city of Kyiv.

One of the attendees was Rafael Grossi - head of the International Atomic Energy Agency. His job - preventing nuclear catastrophe - has been complicated by the war raging around the Zaporizhzhia Power Plant.

We sat down with him, and started by asking him his assessment of the plant's safety.
