The International Atomic Energy Agency called for a demilitarized zone around Europe’s largest nuclear plant. The Zaporizhzhia plant is caught in the crossfire between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders who have controlled the site for six months. Tuesday's IAEA report arrives amid increasing concerns about the plant's safety and security. Nick Schifrin reports from Ukraine.
