Russia has ramped up its attacks on Ukraine in recent days, resulting in dozens of deaths. In Mykolaiv, the governor says eight cruise missiles slammed into the port city.

A five-storey building which was a non-military target was blasted open. Eventually, an 11-year-old was rescued by crews, but he later died in hospital.
