Ukraine's flood-ravaged Kherson has been hit by Russian rockets for the first time.
This comes as the head of the United Nations atomic watchdog has inspected the nuclear plant in the neighbouring Zaporizhia region.
Rafael Grossi says steps are being taken to stabilise a serious situation at the facility which has been affected by the flooding from the Kakhovka dam.
