Ukraine War: GCHQ chief concerned about 'nuclear rhetoric'

GCHQ boss Sir Jeremy Fleming says there's no evidence Russia is preparing for a nuclear strike in Ukraine, but said he was concerned about Moscow's rhetoric.

Russian president Vladimir Putin has warned the West it would use nuclear weapons if Russian territory was threatened.

Sir Jeremy said Russia was running out of munitions and its soldiers were exhausted.
