Jens Stoltenberg, NATO’s secretary general, says “authoritarian” states like Russia and North Korea are “aligning more and more, in a way we haven't seen before”. Stoltenberg says the NATO military alliance is “deeply concerned” that North Korean ammunition is perhaps being exchanged for Russia “providing support for their nuclear and missile programmes”.
