Ukraine flooding: rescue operations underway after dam collapse

Rescue operations are underway to evacuate elderly and vulnerable residents in Kherson after floodwaters rose dramatically overnight following the collapse of the Kakhovka dam on Tuesday.

Floodwater has risen to the second or third floor of buildings, says Sky's Alex Crawford in Kherson, Ukraine.
