Traffic at Dover as bank holiday travellers complain of two hour delays

There have been long queues and "scenes of utter chaos" at the UK border due to a nationwide problem with e-gates at ports and airports.

At the start of a May bank holiday weekend, passengers were told to allow up to two hours to pass through Dover due to IT issues in France.
