The Delhi government has banned people from taking a dip in water bodies on Chhath Pooja. This was done considering the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the capital. River Yamuna in Delhi was seen covered with foam, making it look like a frozen lake. The toxic foam is a result of chemicals and untreated sewage. Arun Singh reports.
