The Canadian Sporting Arms and Ammunition Association says it still does not know when Canada's gun buyback program will begin.
This comes as the amnesty on banned firearms is set to expire on Oct. 31, 2023.
The association represents the retail gun industry, and is calling on the government to extend the amnesty for gun owners, while gun control advocates push for progress.
Joe Scarpelli has more on the uncertainty about the program as Parliament resumes.
