Gun buyback program 'not effective' in fighting violence, says sociology professor

University of Toronto sociology associate professor Jooyoung Lee says the federal government needs to look at the root cause of gun violence and invest in communities that are most vulnerable. He says the people who participate in these programs are not trafficking firearms.
