Flames from one of Spain's several wildfires neared residential buildings in the province of Zamora on Tuesday, as firefighters continued to struggle with the blazes.

More than 30 wildfires have continued to ravage part of Spain, with authorities paying special attention to those in Castile and León, and Galicia.

In Losacio, in the Zamora province, two people have died and three have been critically injured, with wildfires having forced more than 6,000 people in 32 villages to evacuate.
