New court documents and accounts from family members are painting a clearer picture of the Myles and Damien Sanderson, the two deceased men accused of the deadly stabbing spree in Saskatchewan.

Myles' record is lengthy and alarming. Global News has confirmed the 32-year-old was charged with 125 crimes as an adult, including two attempted murders and 18 assaults predating the violence this month.

Damien's involvement in the violence, however, has come as a surprise to community members.

Heather Yourex-West reports on the brothers' criminal history, the questions that may never be answered, and what families are calling for.
