Priti Patel sets out further details of a 'migration and economic development partnership' plan with Rwanda which would see some migrants who arrive in the UK sent there for processing.

The Home Secretary said the UK is 'delighted' to be working 'ever more closely with Rwanda', with whom we have 'many, many interests in common'.
