Labour's shadow levelling up secretary Lisa Nandy says BBC chair Richard Sharp's position is "increasingly untenable" after the publication of a report.

A spokesman for Mr Sharp said that he "regrets" not telling MPs about his involvement with Mr Blyth "and apologises".
