Members in the House of Commons paid tribute to Team Canada, celebrating the 50th anniversary of their '72 Summit Series hockey win over the Soviet Union.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre, and Bloc Quebecois leader Yves-François Blanchet all rose and paid homage in their speeches remembering the iconic Canadian hockey series.

Ken Dryden, Frank Mahovlich, Yvan Cournoyer and Paul Henderson, who scored the historic series-winning goal for Team Canada, were some of the players taking part in the celebration.
