According to the Panchnama of NCB, it is said that Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant had confessed to drugs after being caught on the day of the raid. Arbaaz Merchant had confessed to carrying charas hidden in shoes and zip-lock pouches in front of the investigating officer. Aryan and Arbaaz had confessed to taking charas together.
