क्रूज ड्रग्स पार्टी केस में शाहरुख खान के बेटे आर्यन खान के जमानत मामले को लेकर आज कोर्ट में सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है. सुनवाई के दौरान दोनों पक्ष की ओर से दलीलें रखी जा रही है. आर्यन खान के वकील जहां जमानत की बात कर रहे हैं तो वहीं एनसीबी के वकील जमानत याचिका का विरोध कर रहे हैं. जमानत याचिका का विरोध करते हुए एनसीबी के वकील ने कोर्ट में कहा कि अगर आर्यन खान को जमानत दे दी जाती है तो जांच प्रभावित हो सकती है. एनीसीबी के वकील ने कहा कि शुरुआती जांच के दौरान आरोपियों के इंटरनेशनल लिंक सामने आए. वकील ने कहा कि सभी आरोपियों के तार एक दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं. कोर्ट में बताया गया कि आर्यन खान के साथी अरबाज के पास से ड्रग्स मिला है.

कोर्ट में दोनों पक्षों की ओर से एक के बाद एक तर्क पेश किए जा रहे हैं. बता दें कि अगर कोर्ट आज उन्हें जमानत दे देती है तो वह जेल से रिहा हो जाएंगे वहीं अगर उनकी जमानत याचिका खारिज हो जाती है तो अगले कई दिनों तक उन्हें जेल में रहना पड़ सकता है. इससे पहले बुधवार को आर्यन खान के मामले को लेकर करीब 3 घंटे तक कोर्ट में सुनवाई चली. इस दौरान बचाव पक्ष ने आर्यन खान को जमानत दिलवाने के लिए कई तरह के तर्क रखे. वहीं NCB की ओर से आर्यन खान की जमानत का विरोध करते हुए कोर्ट के समक्ष अपना पक्ष रखा.
