The COVID-19 pandemic has slowed the wheels of criminal justice in Canada. Prosecutors say it's been difficult getting cases to trial, especially jury trials, as they require more space than many court rooms allow.
Ross Lord explains how the court system is taking measures to adapt, with two new court rooms in Atlantic Canada that have been designed for physical distancing.
