Alberta's premier introduced tougher public health restrictions after weeks of intense pressure to do more. Alberta has the highest active number of cases in the country and community spread is at a worrying level. Premier Kenney said he'd only take tough action as a last resort. It seems Alberta has now reached that point. Based on the current trajectory there could be 4,000 new cases per day by Christmas. Heather Yourex-West reports.
