Coronavirus: Canadians face mixed-messaging as provinces break daily COVID-19 case records

Canada is bracing for more dark days in the pandemic, as four provinces broke daily records for COVID-19 infections on Saturday.

Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan have shattered their case records as the country faces the deadly second wave in its battle with the novel coronavirus.

Places such as Ontario’s capital Toronto and Peel Region (within the province) have recently been moved into the lockdown stage, which will commence on Monday.
