Coronavirus: Canadian case count rises as premiers worry about vaccine supply

Canada's premiers are sounding the alarm over the possibility of a shortage in COVID-19 vaccines as some near the end of the supply their provinces have in stock.

The federal government is working to expedite deliveries, but it has health officials worried as more health-care workers hope to be vaccinated soon.

It comes as the numbers of COVID-19 cases in the country continue to rise, with more than 4,000 Canadians in hospital and an average of 136 deaths reported daily. David Akin reports.
