Climate report issues 'red alert' warning after record-breaking temperatures

Climate scientists have issued a "red alert" to the world after global temperatures reached record highs last year.

The World Meteorological Organisation says 2023 broke records for surface and ocean temperatures, for the increase in sea level and the melting of glaciers and Antarctic ice.
