Drone video from Vina del Mar in Chile captured the scale of devastation from deadly wildfires that tore through the area over the weekend.

The footage showed entire neighbourhoods scorched, with residents rummaging through husks of burnt-out houses for salvageable belongings.

Chile's Legal Medical Service, the state coroner, said 99 people have died in the fires, with 32 bodies identified.
