Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau says he knows it's hard to get Canadians to vote at "the best of times," much less during the fourth wave of a pandemic.

As Abigail Bimman reports, there are concerns about party supporters not heading to the ballot box.

With Alberta Premier Jason Kenney facing growing calls to resign over his COVID-19 pandemic response, Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole is avoiding any mention of him on the campaign trail.

And as O'Toole tries to sidestep questions over his past praise of Kenney's handling of the pandemic, he's also facing the potential of another party on his side of the political spectrum splitting the vote.

Mike Le Couteur explains how Kenney was once seen as an asset to the federal Conservatives, and how the People's Party of Canada also poses a threat to the Tories' success.

With time running out in the campaign, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh has made another stop in Quebec, in his mission to win back voters in that province that swept the party to Official Opposition status a decade ago. Robin Gill looks at Singh's strategy in the lead-up to election day.
